Build Your Sanctuary
Austin's Luxury Custom Home Builder
At Levesque & Co., we specialize in building custom, luxury homes that are more than just a place to live, they are sanctuaries, carefully designed to reflect the unique vision and lifestyle of every individual client.
For the last twenty years, we have worked with inspired architects, designers and homeowners to build expertly crafted homes that seamlessly blend the indoor and outdoor experience across Austin’s most established neighbourhoods. We make each project not just a home but a sanctuary.
Whether it’s a new build, a significant renovation, or a specialty design feature, every home we craft is a blend of artistry, functionality, and innovation.
Frequently Asked Questions

For twenty years, we've approached every Austin project as an act of stewardship, not just construction. We lead a five-phase process, from an in-depth consultation through design, pre-construction, building, and handover, with a dedicated on-site project manager tracking every decision along the way.
Rather than handing your vision off to a stack of subcontractors, we self-perform many of the finish elements ourselves (custom cabinetry, one-of-a-kind pivot doors) so nothing gets lost in translation between drawing and reality.
We also partner directly with Austin's leading architects and interior designers instead of confining clients to an in-house design team, and every material is chosen for how it will age, not just how it photographs on day one.

We build across Austin's most established and emerging pockets: Tarrytown, Westlake, Barton Creek, Zilker, Rollingwood, and Bouldin Creek within the city, and Hill Country communities like Dripping Springs, Spicewood, Driftwood, and the shores of Lake Travis.
Each lot teaches us something different. A Tarrytown build has to honor century oaks and a neighborhood's legacy. A Spicewood or Driftwood site usually means working with acreage, limestone, and long sightlines instead of a fixed footprint.
Wherever we're building, the land comes first, and the home follows what the site already knows about light, water, and wind.

Scope ranges from a single primary suite refresh to a ground-up sanctuary of 4,000 square feet or more, so no two timelines look alike.
For a full custom build in Austin, plan on 12 to 18 months from first consultation to final walkthrough. That splits into roughly 4 to 6 months for design and pre-construction and 6 to 8 months for construction, longer if the design leans into elaborate architectural detail or hard-to-source materials.
A whole-home renovation moves through the same phases, just at a different pace. A single room might take a few months, while a full-home transformation often runs close to what a modest new build would take.
We map out your real timeline together at the first consultation, once we understand the scope of what you're building.
